What we do with your details

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, site postcode, an optional phone number, and whatever you tell us about the site. Nothing is collected covertly.

Why we hold it

To prepare your quote and, if you go ahead, to carry out and deliver the work. That is the lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and then performing it.

Who sees it

The arboricultural consultant quoting your job, and the surveyor attending your site. Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties, and we do not pass them to other trades.

The form itself is delivered by Web3Forms, which handles the submission in transit.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted within twelve months. Where we produced a report, we keep the file for six years, because a report carrying professional indemnity has to be defensible for that long.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics. The only external requests are for the web fonts the pages are typeset in.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the address below and we will action it within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
